Resident Artist in the four year long research project Atmosphere of Sound: Sonic Art in Times of Climate Disruption at the UCLA Art|Sci Center, part of PST Art a Los Angeles wide Getty Initiative. A new installation “How You Shimmer: Sound Portal for Whale Bubbles” creates an immersive composition of underwater connection using sound, glass, bronze and projected moving light.

Polyphonic Landscapes is an artistic research programme on sound and ecology in which 4 artists – Budhaditya Chattopadhyay (IN/NL), Yolande Harris (UK/US), Teemu Lehmusruusu (FI) and Lia Mazzari (IT/UK)- explore the Amstelpark during a series of residencies in the Park Studio. Their research will result in an exhibition in and outside Het Glazen Huis  from October 6th to December 3rd, 2023 at Zone2Source, international platform for art, nature and technology.

From a Whale’s Back (2020) is an installation that explores the visual and sonic underwater world inhabited by whales of different species—orcas, humpbacks, and minke whales—from Antarctica to the northeastern Pacific.

Series of installations, performances, walks and workshops in Santa Cruz using sounds from underwater in the Monterey Bay.

What pulls us to the ocean? And when we arrive at its edge, what do we experience? Melt Me Into The Ocean imagines a deeper dive at the point where land and sea meet, bringing sounds up from under the surface, filling our air space with liquid motion from beneath the ocean. And while we look out at the surface of the ocean, feet on the land, ears underwater, how does our sense of place expand to integrate the submarine world into the presence of our imagination?

A series of video, sound and image works that explore how we can experience and share distant environments, through animal visions, remote presence and underwater sound. Listening to the Distance weaves together Yolande’s artwork with her theories of techno-intuition and sonic consciousness, in which expanded forms of awareness emerge through technological media and critical listening techniques.

The Scorescapes project (with its related thesis) explores sound, its image and its role in relating humans and our technologies to the environment.

Sun Run Sun investigates contemporary, historical and animal techniques of navigation through the use of sound.
